HELP Financial gives healthcare providers a better way to manage patient out-of-pocket balances - improving cash flow, enhancing your reputation, and preserving the relationships that matter most.

Based in Plymouth, Michigan, HELP grew from the simple idea: patients who feel understood and supported are far more likely to engage, pay their balances, and maintain trust in their healthcare providers.

Today, that belief remains as critical as ever, especially in rural and community settings where hospitals are deeply woven into the communities they serve.

Over the last three decades, HELP has partnered with providers nationwide to improve financial outcomes, support patient access, and reduce administrative burden. Our role is not to replace existing processes, or to force a one-size-fits-all approach, but to strengthen the relationship between patients and providers through financing and billing solutions that align both interests.

We offer flexible, 0% APR payment plan programs and first-stage billing services that help hospitals lighten their early administrative workload and create a better patient experience. By engaging early, helping patients understand their financial options, and giving them realistic paths to resolution, hospitals often see stronger payment performance and increased patient satisfaction, without compromising patient dignity or community trust.
